Gadot Group is proud to announce that it has officially received a Manufacturer’s License from Israel’s Ministry of Transport and the Technion’s Vehicle Laboratory. The license was granted to Shelach Garage, the Group’s in-house garage, which is currently celebrating five years since its establishment.
This prestigious certification represents the highest level of accreditation in the transportation field and authorizes Gadot Group to manufacture chassis for heavy-duty vehicles – positioning Shelach Garage among the leading facilities in Israel for industrial vehicle maintenance and manufacturing.
The new license is expected to significantly enhance the company’s transportation operations. The first project is already underway: converting a 15-year-old tanker into a brand-new vehicle – a process that, until now, was carried out by external manufacturers.
This development is expected to save the company hundreds of thousands of shekels annually while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Opher Linchevski, CEO of Gadot Group, stated:
“This is a strategic achievement that reflects the importance of developing and deepening in-house capabilities.
The certification is the result of professional work, continuous innovation, and a strong commitment to the highest standards.
We view it as another important step in solidifying Gadot Group’s position as a leader in logistics and transportation in Israel.”
